So all my kids loves music so when we got the chance to try a personilized cd from music and me we were excited! We got the nursery ryhmes cd personilized for Grace for her birthday and it was a hit! All my kids got up and danced and smiled and loved it. Grace would answer all the question he ask her. She thought it was neat it called her by her name. It was cute! Dijon Chicken with Pomegranate Glaze

2 boneless skinless whole chicken breasts
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup Dijon mustard

Directions:

1. Brush chicken breasts liberally with dijon mustard and roast at 500°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.

2. Meanwhile, pour pomegranate juice in a large skillet and reduce it by half.

3. Stir in brown sugar and soy sauce.

4. Boil briefly and pour sauce over chicken.

Urban Bratz review

My Little girl is turning 3 on monday! I cant even put into words how this feels! It seems like yesterday she was coming home from the hospital and now she is 3 wow!

Ingredients
1 honeydew
1 pint raspberry sorbet
chocolate chips

Directions
1.Halve the honeydew, discard the seeds, and chill it overnight in the fridge.

2.The next day, put the halves in the freezer for 15 minutes, pull them out, and pack them.

3.with sorbet, gently evening off the top.

4.Using a chilled knife, slice each half into halves again (make sure the melon is sorbet side up).

5.Finally, insert a row of chocolate chip seeds and serve immediately.

Monday Madness

1. How come the city must shut your water off to do construction on a monday morning from 9-5 why cant they possibility do it later in evening???

2. How much is today gonna be with two kids going in to doctors for their 15 month check up and their 3 year old check up and possible shots??? I give up on knowing if shots are involved anymore they seem to add new ones every time!!

3. How come it is beautiful sunny and 90 degrees and next day it cloudy rainy cold windy and 60's?? WTH wheres Summer again???

4. How come you get every singel piece of laundry washed and think yay im done just to turn around and see more???

5. Last but not least how come all of those commercial stain removers for clothes dont work? Ive tried just about every one out there from $1 to $10 and my kids clothes are still stained up?????

Swerve the new great invention for Dad!

Now this is a review for something my hubby had to do and i just got his opinions and also a few of my own too lol. We got to review The Swerve which is a full body groom tool that was designed by two friends who wanted to help men easily shave the back of their necks without nicks, cuts or asking for help from their wives.

The Swerve is a razor that fits into an ergonomically designed handle that fits in the palm of your hand. It makes shaving the back of your neck easier than a regular razor does. The design of the Swerve just feels more natural. Which is awesome.

When my hubby first seen it he thought this little thing isn't gonna do much! "Are you sure Men use this?" Ha ha yes dear!! My hubby has really thick hair and so he was shocked that it cut through it no problem and didn't have to go over it a hundred times. He liked that it was easy to use and get into hard areas. He even used it to shave his face and it did great. It didn't leave all the redness as his cheap one time use razors he buys. He goes through 3 one time use razors when he shaves normally. The Swerve did it all and stayed sharp and got the job done which my hubby liked! Also liked that it is small and in a easy to take along package for trips!

My opinion it is a great invention! I want one for my legs. I looks like it is so comfortable and easy to use. I like the design and the way you hold it by cupping it in your hands between your fingers. I like that it helps my hubby stay more groomed and nice looking. I love that i don't have as much to do now just his hair now! Maybe they will event something to cut his hair himself ha ha! Thanks Swerve we lot it!

INGREDIENTS
2 bunches spinach, rinsed
4 cups sliced strawberries
1 cucumber peeled and diced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tsp lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
1.In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries.

2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, cucumbers, and poppy seeds. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.

I must say i made this last saturday and it was absolutely awesome after the kids ate i finished off the bowl it was like a addiction lol!

Monday Madness

1. Why is my Hubby more of a slob then my 6 kids? (ex. he is only home on weekends and there are waterbottles, soda cans, trash food, plates, crumbs and etc all over the down stairs. Yuck! Then to top it off I find chew packets everywhere and it is disgusting!)

2. Why does my 15 monthes old think she has to be held 24/7 the last two days preventing me from cleaning, cooking, even going potty without a temper tantrum?

3. Why is Summer vacation so long? (ex. its been 2 weeks and they are bored out of their wits, and to top it off the rain has been on and off for the last 2 weeks also so they are going into cabin fever. so if you dont hear from me for a week that means i locked myself in the bathroom to hide from the kiddos lol)

4. When is Mommies night out? Hubby gets to go to car shows, work, parents alone, i cant even go to the store to get milk with out at least one child coming with I need a mommy night soooo bad!!

I love being a mom to 6 + 1 hubby which makes 7. I love being a stay at home mommy, a photographer, and a product reviewer. The hugs, kisses, and all the accomplisements my kids give are 200% worth every minute of my life! But heck I can complian too right???? LOL

we were moving across 3 states and stopped to change the baby. The place was dirty so we decided to do it in the car. We took the diaper off and started to change it and my son decided it was time to poop - no problem he has a clean diaper under him. So as we began cleaning him up and he decided to pee again - this time we were not so quick. He peed all over the back seats and his clothes! Not our finest parenting moment. :)

Dapper Snappers review

I got the great chance to try out Dapper Snappers and i think it is such a great idea, one of those why didn't I think of that haha! They are a elastic band with snaps on it that you use to sinch the back of your kids pants, short, or skirts together so no need for belts or adjustable waists. 5 out of 6 of my kids can so use these! I love it on my almost 3 year old because we are potty training and there is only so many dresses you can wear lol. These make it easy for them to pull their pants down without removing to go potty which is also great for my 4 year old who has accidents because she cant get the belts off. All my kids are under average for their weight and so the outfits never fit especially pants and trying to find adjustable pants reasonable or small enough belts are impossible. Well Dapper Snapper solved that! I love these! I so need more now. One in every color, so I have one to match with everything. Cystex Review

Experiencing an increased need to urinate (with, perhaps, even as little as just a few drops coming out at a time)? Does it burn when you go? Having pain or discomfort in your lower pelvic region? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI).

I have had alot of UTI as a child so bad that I got a blockage in my urethra tube and had to have surgery to get it out at the age of 7. I was always on antibiotics and told to drink more fluids. They are so painful and tough to deal with. Until now there has been nothing i could do but spend all the money to go to the doctor and get antibiotic. Now there is Cystex, a over the counter medicine to help nu,b the pain and burning sensation and a antiseptic to help control the infection til you can get to the doctor. I think that is awesome because i always seem to get them on weekends or holidays .Also if you get recurrent UTI's this is a possible source to help prevent getting them again.

Cystex is so easy to take and can be used on adults and children 12 and over. Crockpot Smoked Sausages With Potatoes and Cabbage

Ingredients:

2 pounds red-skinned potatoes, unpeeled or peeled, sliced about 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1 medium onion, halved, sliced
1/2 small cabbage, coarsely chopped or shredded
6 to 8 links of smoked sausage, such as andouille, chicken and apple, or your favorite
1/2 cup apple juice
2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Preparation:

Arrange sliced potatoes in the bottom of a 4-to 7-quart slow cooker. Drizzle with the butter and sprinkle with about half of the salt, pepper, and thyme. Toss to coat then add the cabbage and onions. Sprinkle with remaining seasonings and top with the sausages. Pour the apple cider over all and then drizzle with vinegar.

Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on LOW or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.
