day 14 of the Christmas gift guide- Votivo review & giveaway ends 12-3

Christmas time is a big candle time for me. I mean don't get me wrong I love candles all  year round but Christmas isn't complete without decorating with candles especially ones that smell Christmasy. Now I am not into the cinnamon pine cones actually I steer clear of those things completely with my nose plugged and all ha ha. So I try to find candles that smell like pine trees and cookies. That's smells like Christmas to me. Plus I want my candles to look pretty as well since they are decorations. Votivo has just what I want and great priced as well.

I got the Christmas Sage Candle from Votivo and I absolutely love it. I the box it comes in is absolutely stunning. The candle inside the box is wrapped perfectly in a pretty tissue like paper. Then you get to the candle which is in a chrome looking glass cup or vase like thing. It is gorgeous. Definitely something I don't need to hide in or behind things. This one has a cologne type smell. Like a woodsy cologne smell. It is intriguing and I love it and so does my husband who doesn't really like the smell of candles period.

The Other candle we got from Votivo was the Icy Blue Pine. This one is my husbands favorite. He loves the smell of pine. This one like the other one is in a gorgeous box and great chrome like vase. This one definitely smells like you just went out and chopped down and pine tree and put it into your house. This is definitely a great Christmas smell especially if your like us and use a artificial tree lol. The best part are these are not those little tiny candles they are a great size to show off and last a long while. So that's a great thing as well.
