I got the Bacon Ranch Mashed potatoes, 4 cheese penne pasta with broccoli, Macaroni and cheese and the cinnamon apples. Now no I didn't use all that on Thanksgiving But I did make the mashed potatoes and I must say everyone was saying how good they were and wanted to know my recipe lol. Shush my little secret haha. No really I told them that they were Country Crock Side dishes and they were amazed and even more in shock when I told them that they are around $3. Yep blew them all away. I also used the cinnamon apples and used them to make a apple crisp and that was amazing. Saved me so much time peeling apples and soaking them and all. All I did was heat them up then pour them into a pan and put my granola mixture over top and bake them 15 minutes and that's it. The apples were soft and sweet and so yummy. They would be awesome for pies too. The best part of these you just pop them in the microwave and heat for a few minutes. No more cold food waiting for other stuff to get done. Now you can have all your food at the table the same time and hot. I made the other two sides for dinners before and after Thanksgiving and my kids loved the creamy cheesy mac and cheese. I loved the penne pasta. You bet Ill be buying these again and again. It makes my dinners fast , easy and delicious.
