Catwalk, A Feline Odyssey review and giveaway end nov 30

I used to read books all the time before I had kids and now majority of the books I read are magazines, kids books, and cook book. Lately though I have been wanting a good interesting book to read after I put the kids down to bed just to get me relaxed to go to sleep. I love books that have something I love in them or that I can compare with. I am a huge cat lover. I mean really we had at one time over 9 cats ha ha. People would ask me how I can stand all those cats and I tell them that they are family. Each one of them are different and different personalities just like kids. I spoil them all. They are like my kids. It is all worth it when they climb up on you and cuddle up and look at you with that face that say hello are you gonna pet me or what look on their face. I love it. So when I got the chance to read CatWalk, A Feline Odyssey I was so excited.

This 235 page book had me so interested I didn't want to put it down. I had the whole book read in less than 3 days. I felt like I was in the story. It made me cry tears of pain and tears of happiness. It angered me and made me so mad at people for doing some of the things they did. I think I went through every emotion there is while reading this book. My hubby probably thought I was weird because he would look over at me and ask how it is and id be smiling and say great then the next time he would ask Id be in tears and say so sad.

CatWalk, A Feline Odyssey without giving too much away is obviously about a cat who had a few names over the course of the book but ultimately in the end named Tuffy who just wanted to have a home to call home. Someone to love her and be there for her. Someone that thought she was special and would play with her. She went through good times and hard times. This poor cat went through things no animal should ever have to go through but through it all she never gave up. She prevailed through it all. She was a hero to me. She finally got what she always deserved after much punishment and trails. It is still crazy how she always pushed on even half way around the country she would never give up. My 11 year old read it and loved it also but she did have a few questions on how people could do such a thing to a innocent animal and I had to explain how people aren't always as nice as they should be. Overall she understood the book and would even recommend it to her friends. So if your looking for a awesome book for you or your older children CatWalk, A Feline Odyssey is for you.

Author's Synopsis:
