Tasty Tuesday

Cold Vegetable pizza



Ingrediants:
2 cans of crescent rolls
1/2 cup mayo
2 packages cream cheese
1 8 oz sour cream
1 package ranch dressing
garlic salt to taste
broccoli
cauliflower
fresh spinach
carrots slivers
green onions
shredded cheese optional

Directions:
1. roll out cresent rolls in a rectangle in pan than cook according the directions on the cans

2. chop all vegetables in small pieces and you can use any veggies you like not neccassary the ones I put on.

3. mix mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and seasonings then when the cresent roll crust is cool spread this mixture all over it then top with veggies and cheese. and enjoy immediately or chill for later.

This is a great appitizer for the holidays or just for a healthy lunch . it is so yummy!
