So my baby is 20 months old and she is my last child. She has grown up so much faster then my other kids. Every milestone she did month before the average kids and way before my other kids. She sat up at 4 months, crawled at 6 months, walked at 9 months, she was climbing on funiture and jumping off them before 1 year. I cry when i think about how fast everything is going. 4 months she will be 2. It seems like yesterday she was this tiny crazy haired newborn. Where does the time go.
Well her new accomplishment is now she can climb out of her crib all by her self. So naps are about impossible the last couple days since I put her in her crib and about 5 minutes later after she has ran sacked my room since she sleeps with me, she is knocking at the door screaming mom, mom, mom. It is kind of cute but so annoying too. She normal goes down for a nap at 10 and sleeps til 1. She has been so grouchy with out her nap lately. I dont know what else to do.
She has also learned how to climb over the baby gates on the stairs and go up and down the staris all by herself which is a great one since that means I can take off the annoying gates but it still scares the crap out of me since these stairs are steep and their is about 15 of them. I am afraid she will fall down them accidently while not paying attention. I know how dangerous these stairs can be since I fell down them last christmas eve and broke my sacrum in my back and have life time problems now because of it. So for now the top gate stays up since that one is bigger and harder to get over or through.
In this last weeks she really has lived up to her nickname monkey. But poor me I am gonna have a heart attack haha. I just wish she would stay a baby longer. The doctor says she is 6-9 months more mentally advanced with her accomplishments and to think she was born 4 weeks early. Who would ever know. Well this is my monday rant or monday look into my life as a mom to 6 crazy kids. I love them all dearly but they keep me on edge. haha! Happy Monday!

i know what you mean. my baby is 2.5 years old and part of me wants her to stay baby forever.
She is into everything too includeing my makeup if i dont watch out. a real mess can occur.
She is so adorable. They grow up too fast.
