Mexican Ice Cream
Ingredients:Vanilla Ice cream
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup smash and crumbled frosted flake cereal
honey
Directions:
1. take a spoon or ice cream scooper and get a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and roll it into a ball. and place on wax paper or cookie sheet. Repeat til you have about6 to 8 ice cream balls. Then place in freezer to freeze about 30 minutes
2. In a bowl put crumbled crushed frosted flake cereal into it then add the sugar and cinnamon. mix well.
3. Next take out ice cream balls and roll into the cereal mixture until well coated and covered completely in cereal mixture.
4. place 1 or 2 coated ice cream balls into a bowl and drizzle with honey. Eat and enjoy! Its yummy!!!
