Pico De Gallo
Ingredients:
1 cup tomato's chopped
2 table spoon cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon of lime juice or lemon if you prefer
a dash or two of salt
1/4 cup diced onions
as much or little of finely chipped Jalapenos depends on your taste or use green chili's or Serrano chili's if you like less spice
Optional ingredients:
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup chopped avocado
1/4 cup pineapple chopped small
1/4 cup mango chopped small
the list goes on and on whatever you want to add it great
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl . Mix well and then refrigerate for about a hour before serving. Yummy!
