5:2 Diet Books review

I have really been trying to lose 20lbs for a while now and not alot helps. I am not a great dieter because I love food and carbs. Not that I eat alot but I love to snack. I usually last week or 2 then I start cheating. This is what I like about the new 5:2 diet. You can eat pretty much what you want and only 2 days you actually diet a week. That is so easy I can even do it! The recipes are awesome and delicious. The books really help me understand the diet plan and I think they can really help. So check them out today!

More about the book:
Intermittent fasting is one of the quickest and healthiest way to lose weight—and keep it off. Limit your caloric intake to 500 calories just two days a week, eat whatever you want the other five days, and lose weight while doing it. Changing your life and improving your health has never been so easy.

These two books will pave the way... “The 5:2 Diet” by Kate Harrison A comprehensive guide to understanding and implementing the 5:2 diet.
