5:2 Diet Books review

I have really been trying to lose 20lbs for a while now and not alot helps. I am not a great dieter because I love food and carbs. Not that I eat alot but I love to snack. I usually last week or 2 then I start cheating. This is what I like about the new 5:2 diet. You can eat pretty much what you want and only 2 days you actually diet a week. That is so easy I can even do it! The recipes are awesome and delicious. The books really help me understand the diet plan and I think they can really help. So check them out today!

More about the book:
Intermittent fasting is one of the quickest and healthiest way to lose weight—and keep it off.
