Sample questions:
Q. Why are oceans blue?
A. Beauty – and color – is in the eyes of the beholder. The light we see is made of many colors at once. Ocean water absorbs colors like red and orange, but blue wavelengths are reflected, making the ocean appear to be blue. Other colors in the sea come from plants, dirt and pollution.
Our Opinion:
We love the book. It has so many questions that my kids ask and it is awesome it has all the factual answers that help them understand the answer. It is in kids langauge so it is easy to understand and the kids just love to learn all about every subject. They have learned so much from reading this book that they havent been asking me so many questions that make me go hmm. Definitely a great book to get your kids and it would make a awesome Christmas or birthday present!
