My Opinion:
I am a big believer of herbs for healing. I also love using them in cooking to spruce up the flavor of any dish. So this book was perfect for me. there are so many great tasty recipes to choose from. Some of my favorites are the Asparagus Three cheese Burritos, Chamomile Apple Compote and the Tomato Thyme soup. Overall I love the recipes and this book. Its definitely a must have book!
