Just Three Dates #book #review #giveaway #adult

I had to share with you the newest book I just finished reading called Just three dates. I've only read other book by this author but I starting to really get into the books.  I need to read some more of his books now. Just three dates was such a realistic scenario story line I loved it!

It was about Mark and Karen who both went through bad relationships that left them a little broken and leary of love. Mark was a mathematician professor at a college who's ex girlfriend cheated on him. He was left think all women cheat and flirt. He thought love was not for him and that he would always only love his ex.

Karen was a museum curator and a art history graduate. She poured herself into her work and decided to swear off love saying it wasn't out there for her. She dated guys who lied to her and made her feel like a piece of arm candy or piece of meat. She is also someone who voices her opinions which guys in her status don't put up with.

Together they fought and took things the wrong way. They hated each other, liked each other and got on each other's last nerve. This is what real life is like! Nothing is perfect and easy but if you work together you can actually be the best of friends and lovers.

I loved this book! I'd definitely recommend reading it! Check it out today and read a story you will actually relate to.

NEW RELEASE...
When their mothers become matchmakers, entangling them in a series of dates with each other, Karen and Mark must each decide whether to entertain the idea of a “marriage of convenience,” or to hold out for an increasingly unlikely marriage based on love.

Since breaking with her last boyfriend, Karen has refused to trust any man her age. For the past three years, she has not dated the same one twice, and only one in ten has received even a goodnight kiss as she turned him away. Karen is an artist. She follows her feelings, lives in a cluttered loft, and gushes over vivid sunsets.

Mark still dreams about his almost-fiancĂ©e, and his date book has been empty since he threw her out a week before he’d planned to ask for her hand. His friends call him the “Ice Man,” since he seldom smiles, especially at a woman. A math professor at the College, logic guides his behavior, he loves order, and an elegant proof is a thing of beauty.

Both Karen and Mark have all but abandoned hope of ever falling in love, and, left on their own, these opposites would never attract. So, their mothers become matchmakers, entangling them in a series of dates by extracting promises that Karen and Mark will go out together three times, suggesting that, in the absence of love, a “marriage of convenience” is a live option.

If you enjoy heartwarming stories based on true-to-life behaviors, with complicated relationships and a less-than-certain outcome, this book is for you.
