My Nutrisystem journey continues on to week 23. I ate really good this week. I went and bought more fresh veggies and fruits. I didn't splurge this week. I drank alot more water. I barely touched soda this week. I didn't exercise as much as I should of since I was very busy this week but I tried.
My favorite Nutrisystem foods of the week were the honey wheat bagels for breakfast with a sugar free blueberry preserve. For lunch a Cesar salad with low fat dressing and a fudge graham bar. Dinner the Italian herb flatbread pizza are to die for. I didn't drink as much soda this week maybe 2 the whole week. My coffee I used splenda or agave for the sweetener and fat free creamer. I did really good. I began adding more veggies into the diet like asparagus and squash. That was a nice change. Honestly I think I could a whole meal of just veggies haha. The protein shakes were great for morning snake to keep me full until lunch so I don't snack. My favorite is the vanilla.

So I loss another pound this week. I think slowly but surely its coming off. I can say my loss hasn't been as dramatic as others but its really and every one has seen a huge difference. I have gained alot of muscle which is heavier than fat so I think that's why my weight loss isn't as huge. I have dropped almost 2 dress sizes and a few inches every where on my body. Nutrisystem week 22
My Nutrisystem journey continues and I made it to week 22. I did very good this week. I exercised daily and increased my water intake. I ate more vegetables and fruits. I stuck mostly to the diet other than lunches but I never went over 200 calories at lunch so that's good. I really hope I see the results this week!

So I worked my butt off this week with little weight loss but I can say I had a body evaluation done at the health fair and that really cheered me up. My body fat percentage when I started was 30% and my BMI was 23.77. Now 22 weeks later my body fat percentage is 19.6% and BMI is 22.1. Wow now that is a huge change. Sometimes when you don't see the poundage loss you got to look at other factors like inches and body fat. Now I know my results are happening! Stay tune next week for my next update!

Nutrisystem week 21
So my Nutrisystem journey continues and it is now week 21. This was a tough week for me getting back into the groove of the diet and exercise regimen. I did pretty good with the exercise part. I think I did very well on the diet as well. I did go off once or twice but I totally did the proportion sizes. I think I did very good this week.
My favorite Nutrisystem foods of the week were the whole wheat honey bagels. Yummy I love bagels! I also liked the meatloaf and mashed potatoes dinner. I still have a real tough time with lunches because there isn't alot of choices of lunch s and I don't like most of them. So for lunches I usually do a salad or soup or even a chicken breast with salad.

A New Year and a New Nutrisystem week 20
So my last Nutrisystem I told you my journey was done well since I did reach my first goal of 10lbs I made another goal to lose 5 more pounds so a total of 15lbs since started. Seeing the new Nutrisystem Success program started in 2012 I decided to go ahead and continue for another 3 months and try to make it to make ultimate goal of weighing 115. Yay! Now I must say the Holiday did damage to my diet. I must say though after going through the Nutrisystem I had alot more self control and realized portion control but I did gain some of that fetched weight back (Im sad) but this is a new year and I have more motivation and more control to do this right!
So what's new with the Nutrisystem Success program? Alot! It is a better program with alot more success. It doesn't only help you diet but it helps change your lifestyle and help you learn that its not a diet it is a way of life and you learn the basic on how to eat without overindulging. Plus they added some great new food item inspired by Chefs Table! MMM Yummy! The best part they added a delicious yet fulling protein shake to breakfast that comes in 4 different flavors, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and coffee. The great thing about the shakes is you just add cold water and mix in their convenient mixing shaker cup. You can even do water and ice and the protein powder in the blender for a frozen yummy shake. I mean whats better than a yummy shake and you could even add your fruit to it and make it a smoothie. It keeps you full for hours and gives you the protein to give you the energy to make it through the day. I love it! I cant wait to see how things go now on this great diet program!

This week I am gradually bringing exercising back to the mix of at least 15 to 30 minutes a day! Fingers cross I can get that squeezed in my schedule of fulltime college and 6 trips to picking and dropping kids off at their schools along with appts. and errands and etc. But you know what it is a New Year and a new goal and I am not going to see my glass half empty. Nutrisystem Nation- Week 15 & 16
I know I am slacking on my Nutrisystem weight loss journey but its been a crazy couple weeks with holidays, birthdays, and its was finals week at my school as well so its been completely insane. Wow I think I have been running around like a chicken with my head chopped off. I must be honest and I have not been on the Nutrisystem 100% this last two week with my crazy schedule. I can say though I didn't go blow my progress with a bunch of burger, fries and donuts. I was good except for skipping some meals because I got so busy I forgot to eat. I have though been proportion sizing all I eat. I use a smaller plate and make sure 3/4 of my plate is mostly vegetables and fruits. The other 1/4 of my plate is healthy carbs and lean meats. I have only been drinking coffee, sugar free tea, diet Dr. pepper and water so that's good. I did have a candy bar and some cookies but I limited myself even though I felt so guilty afterwards. I kept busy and always moving so I got plenty of exercise these couple weeks. Now I expected to gain like 3 pounds this two weeks since I didn't stick with the diet but surprising not.

I was shocked That I didn't gain weight. Ya I didn't lose much either than probably water weight gain but I don't care. Overall I am so happy I had this 4 month journey with Nutrisystem.I am sad it is now over but I have learned alot and will continue on the right path because of them. They have a awesome support system and great knowledgeable workers to help you any way they can. Out of everything I have tried to lose weight Nutrisystem has been the easiest and the best and the only one that has honestly worked. Nutrisystem Nation- Week 14
Yep I'm back with this weeks progress report of my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. Sorry so late on getting this posted. This month is a busy one for me with my birthday last week and school work and finals coming up and studying. Then Holidays its been crazy and going to be crazier. I actually have been doing awesome with the dieting this week though. No more Halloween candy and eating alot more vegetables and fruits. My hunger is not as bad this week either and my cravings are gone at least for this week. Didn't do alot of exercise since I have been so busy but I'm not sitting around so that's good too.
Food this week I have loved the chicken salad on lettuce or the Broccoli soup and of course the pizza. I adore the blueberry and chocolate muffins for breakfast in the morning because they are yummy and easy to take with me as I run out the door. I have been drinking alot of coffee and hot herbal tea because its been so cold but I have switched to Agave and low fat no sugar creamer this way I am not overloading with the sugars. I think I have been doing quite well and I am so happy! Its tough but doable and that's what matters.

So I lost the pound I gained from the week before but I know I loss inches definitely I think for the upcoming week I will do my measurements since I haven't done them in a while Fingers cross they show me the numbers I am hoping for. I have had alot of notice from family and friends about how much I have lost in the face, stomach and thighs so that is a great booster for me. Now to keep up the great work through my two favorite Holidays coming up Thanksgiving and Christmas. Wish me luck cause I'm gonna need it haha!

I adore the blueberry and chocolate muffins for breakfast in the morning because they are yummy and easy to take with me as I run out the door. I have been drinking alot of coffee and hot herbal tea because its been so cold but I have switched to Agave and low fat no sugar creamer this way I am not overloading with the sugars. I think I have been doing quite well and I am so happy! Its tough but doable and that's what matters.

I have had alot of notice from family and friends about how much I have lost in the face, stomach and thighs so that is a great booster for me. Now to keep up the great work through my two favorite Holidays coming up Thanksgiving and Christmas. Wish me luck cause I'm gonna need it haha!

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 13
Yep I'm back with this weeks progress report of my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. This week was totally blown. Im not gonna lie. I snuck into the candy bowl from Halloween. Those darn Twizzlers and york peppermint patties won this week. Also being that time of the month I get sweet tooth's so bad as well as tons of water weight gain to where I have to sometimes take my rings off from the swelling in my fingers and toes.But other than the cheating with the treats and water weight gain I think I ate pretty well. I didn't have any of the Nutrisystem desserts this week since I cheated with the candy hoping it would somehow balance out lol. I ate more veggies this week and fruits. I drank alot more water but I did drink alot more coffee this week as well since its been so cold outside. I did alot of walking on Monday and Tuesday but the rest of the week I didn't do as much. My Nutrisystem food love of the week was the Cream of Broccoli Soup mm so yummy on these cold days!
Next weeks goal is to send left over Halloween candy to the troops so its out of site out of mind. I am also going to exercise either 30 minutes 3 times this week or 15 minutes everyday depending how my schedule is. I am also gonna really flush my system out with tons of water. Wish my luck on that goal. LOL! I can do this!

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 12
Yep I'm back with this weeks progress report of my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. Its been 12 week a total of 3 months since I started down this eating right journey. Wow! I have lost weight and am still losing and I feel healthier and happier about my self. To be honest not all temptations and urges have gone away but I know how much to eat and what to eat in moderation and what is good to eat. That is a huge accomplishment. I have changed how my whole family eats as well and thats awesome for when I go off Nutrisystem in a couple short weeks.
So How did I do this week? Well this was a challenging week with all that yummy Halloween candy around and I love gummy type candys haha. I did pretty good though I stayed with fat free candys with low calories and low sugar if not sugar free. Trust me it was hard! I did alot of walking this week so that was my exercise for the week. Nutrisystem Nation- Week 11
Yep I'm back with this weeks progress report of my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. It has now been 11 weeks. I did pretty awesome this I think. I exercised 3 times this week for 30 minutes. I ate right and no junk food other than a cupcake at my daughters birthday but I only had one and no ice cream. I felt better and felt confidence this week.
I ate my Nutrisystem stuff this week and nothing to complain about other than I wish there was more variety for lunch that I like. Everything tasted great and filled me up. I wasn't hungry most the time so that's good. I am really loving the scones and muffins for breakfast cause I am always running around in the morning so don't have time to cook anything and those are so yummy and perfect for the go with my coffee. I must say for my coffee I use fat free creamer and Agave for the sweetner not sugar so that's a plus. I really feel good this week about the whole dieting and exercise thing. I think I can do this!

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 10
Yep I'm back with this weeks progress report of my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. Can you believe its been 10 weeks? I cant believe it. It seems like yesterday I started this system. This week was alot easier. I ate what I was supposed to minus a few of the vegetables and dairy/proteins and I didn't drink enough water but overall I didn't cheat with any junk food. Not saying the cotton candy at the kids carnival or the snow cones weren't very tempting because man they were.
I did exercise a little more this week but still not as much as I should. I swear its so hard for me to fit in exercise for 30 minute when I am busy 25 hours of the day and there is only 24 lol. I have started while cooking dinner I do squats or leg lifts. I also jog to the the mailbox and back as well. So I try to fit something in while I work lol. Not much but something is better than nothing!
Food this week was ok. Honestly I still love the pizzas plus some of the other dinners and most of the breakfasts. Lunch is the hard one for me. I wish they had a few different items for lunch. I eat the 3 cheese chicken pasta, the Italian wedding soup, fudge graham bar, and the hot dogs. Honestly after a few weeks I am getting worn out on them so I tend lately not to eat a Nutrisystem lunch entree and just have a salad or some vegetables and maybe a small piece of chicken breast or something that usually goes with the lunch entree. But other than that the food has been great and very filling.

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 9
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey.Another week down Awesome! So week 9 ugh lol! Its been a tough week. I have been sick, had my oldest 2 teeth removed and orthodontist appointment, my 7years olds check up appointment, all of our flu shots done and my cats shots done. So yes a busy long week! I stook to the diet though but not alot of exercise going on this week either.
The food this week was yummy since I got my new shipment and all stuff I choose this time so I knew I liked it all haha. I love the blueberry muffins and apple strudel scones for breakfast and their great on the go. Lunch I like the hot dogs and the three cheese pasta and chicken. Dinner I usually eat the pizzas with a salad and I am satisfied. I love the thin mint crunch bars are amazing. So I did pretty well with the food this week. I didn't have too many cravings for other things this week which was wonderful. I did exercise 5 to 10 minutes everyday to be at least something lol even though I wanted to curl up in bed all day. I am still getting over my head cold and migraine. So that's this weeks challenge haha!

Nutrisystem nation- week 8
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey.Another week down Awesome! It is week 8 and I am feeling alot better this week. I tried to exercise more this week but still trying to really fit it into my schedule. Studying for Midterms this week and a mom's lovely errands and chores as well so it ought to be a fun challenging week for me.
The food has been great. I love the pizzas, I like the Italian wedding soup, I love the chicken three cheese pasta, the desserts are yummy. So I dont have much to complain about this week. I was hungrier this week so that was a challenge. I tried really hard to stick to fresh veggies and fruits this week when I got he munchies and did pretty good with that. My new love this week is fish and chicken baked of course but great healthy protein. I am hoping to see alot of results this week!

So not alot of weight loss but it is still weight loss to me. I know though my clothes are fitting alot looser and I have to wear a belt with my pants now because they fall off if I dont so that is a great feeling. I have also lost 3 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, 3 inches in my thighs and 2 inches in my chest. In a 8 week span that is awesome. I feel proud! My goals this week is continue to stay on track food wise and then make sure to exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Hopefully next week I can lose a pound or two fingers crossed!

So not alot of weight loss but it is still weight loss to me. I know though my clothes are fitting alot looser and I have to wear a belt with my pants now because they fall off if I dont so that is a great feeling. I have also lost 3 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, 3 inches in my thighs and 2 inches in my chest. In a 8 week span that is awesome. I feel proud! My goals this week is continue to stay on track food wise and then make sure to exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Hopefully next week I can lose a pound or two fingers crossed!

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 7
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey.Another week down yay! I am at week 7 wow did that week fly by. I must say this was like a break week for me I really honestly didn't eat much Nutrisystem stuff this week. Not that I splurge and ate huge amounts of foods high in fats and sugars because I didn't. Being on Nutrisystem for 7 weeks I have learned even when I don't eat Nutrisystem foods I still pick pretty health foods and portions. This was a hard week for me Nutrisystem wise because of doctors appointments and my daughters 7th birthday and party and my husbands birthday and family night. Plus tomorrow marks the 7 year anniversary of my nephews death as well so its been a crazy and tough week for me. Honestly I noticed I used to drown this week out with tears of joy and sadness along with lots of sweet foods and depression. I noticed when I am stressed or sad I tend to snack more. Since Nutrisystem I have learned snacking is OK if your snacking on the right foods and right portion sizes. My favorite snack lately has been raw sugar snap peas . They give me the crunch factor that I love and they are so tasty. I am also in love with Dannon light and fit coconut yogurt especially with apple slices. This week with 2 parties I only had 2 cupcakes and when we had pizza I got a very small slice and piled on the salad so I would fill up with the healthy salad and eat a little of the pizza. When we ate out for family night I got baked chicken instead of the greasy fatty foods. I am proud I was still able to eat right this week even if I didn't eat the Nutrisystem foods!
Exercise was a notta this week I was way too busy to do any thing this week. But at least I wasn't sitting around. I did alot of walking and I was always on my feet. So really that's exercise but just not my routine lol. This week is gonna be better as for today I already did my cardio workout so on the right track!

I was sad I didn't lose either but next week should be a less crazy and less emotional week and I will be back on track with a mission so watch out I am back. I think everyone has a off week and this was that week for me and now I am ready to get back on track!

Nutrisystem week 6
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey.Another week down yay! I am half way through my Nutrisystem journey. 6 weeks in and 6 more weeks to go. I did really well with my eating this week but could of done better with added the vegetables and fruits in. I get full on the Nutrisystem entrees and then you add the vegetables, dairy or protein and your fruits and stuff I get too full. I have always been a small eater when it comes to meals. I also learned this week I get too busy for a afternoon snack so I decided to move my afternoon snack to a morning snack this way I don't completely skip that meal too.
My dislikes this week hmm well only thing I disliked this week was the Buffalo chicken wrap. I like alot more spice to mine and this just didn't do it for me. I loved the Nacho crisps and the Soy BBQ chips. I still in love with the fudge sundae and flat bread pizzas.
Exercise this week sucked. I had so many appointments for my oldest daughter and then school and soccer and everything else I had very little time to exercise other than stretches from time to time. So my goal is to exercise more even if it is just 5 to 10 minutes a day its something!

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 5
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. I am little over a month into the program on week 5. This week I really am proud of my self. I stuck to the diet with no cheating well other than one breadstick I stole from my kids lol but I work it off haha. This week I think after reading alot in my Nutrition homework book in college I am doing this semester I figured out my biggest problem was I wasn't eating enough calories for the extreme exercise I was doing so I put my body in starvation mode and that's why I felt tired, and hungry and wasn't losing anything. So to fix it this week and from now on I workout 30 minutes or so 3 times a week instead of daily since I am a active person as it is and burn alot of calories without exercising.
The food this week was alot easier. I got my new monthly shipment this week and I chose what I wanted in my order so I didn't have to worry about not liking something anymore. My typical Nutrisystem day of food consists of:
Breakfast: Nutrisystem scones or Oatmeal
Fruit- usually grapefruit or banana or apple
diary- usual;y low fat string cheese
Lunch: Nutrisystem pizzas or ham and cheese or etc.
Veggie- mostly mixed greens or iceberg lettuce
veggie- cherry tomatoes, or cucumbers or squash
Diary- low fat shredded cheese
Low fat ranch dressing
Snack- Diary/protein- string cheese or low fat yogurt
Fruit- apple or oranges
Dinner: Nutrisystem- Glazed chicken tenders or Pizza or turkey medallions
veggie- broccoli or green beans or carrots
2 more veggies- usually a salad with fat free dressing
Fruit- mixed fruit or mandarin oranges, pears or etc.
Dessert- Nutrisystem fudge bar, fudge sundae or Almond coconut bar
As you see there is alot of food to eat through out the day so I stay pretty full. I do have a hard time without my Carbs. I miss white rice and breads from time to time but working through it to get my body healthy again. Its been a long 5 weeks but I think I am actually getting the hang of it and it should be alot smoother ride now.

Now if I could get rid of my double chin but that I think is more heredity haha.

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 4
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. This week is week 4 and I got back on track this week with the diet and exercise. I am so proud of myself. I plan on keeping it up again this week. I got alot more veggies and fruits in my diet this week and stayed more away from the carbs which has been my struggle. I love rice and breads so to give those up was very hard for me. Luckily I love salads too and I can have tons of salad in the Nutrisystem diet so we are good there.
The food was alot better this week. I actually like the lasagna with meat sauce and the Tuna salad. I also loved the chocolatey nougat bar with peanut and caramel. It tasted just like a snickers bar. Yummy! I wasn't fond of the pasta Alfredo with broccoli but that is just me I am not a huge Alfredo fan.
Exercising this week was a little easier I exercised 6 days this week. 2 days of P90X cardio and 4 days of Active2 for the Wii. I have to admit there was some days I didn't want to exercise and days I just wanting a nice piece of cake with lots of frosting lol but I worked through them. It wasn't all easy but I made it. Next week hopefully is alot easier.

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 3
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. Today marks my 3 weeks on the system. This week was a total bust for me. With kids back at school and having a million things to do and tons of running around I so broke the diet and exercise regimen this week. I total can kick myself in the butt for messing up this week but it gives me strength and motivation to do better from now on.
I did find out this week I really don't like the pasta Nutrisystem meals like raviolis, stuffed shells, Chicken pasta Parmesan and anything like those. I am very picky when it comes to pastas so it was hard for me. I did love the Italian Flat bread pizza was beyond awesome with a side salad mmm my favorite. I could it that all day every day. I think my biggest challenge is the carb foods though. I love rice, peas, breads, corn and sweet potatoes. Its hard for me to give those up!
I also really failed my exercised program this week also. I only exercise about 25 minutes 3 times this week. I really feel awful for messing up so bad this week. I think with all 5 of my kids in school this week and I also start college today and me beating myself up about last weeks downfall I think I will stick to my regimen this week and from now on! This weeks goal is to exercise more and stick to the diet 100%.

Nutrisystem Nation- Week 2
So its that time again for my weekly post about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. Today marks my 2 weeks on the system. I think I have made it through the toughest part. I figured out portion sizes and calorie intakes and fat intakes. I have loved the support system online and through the Ipod APP. Without those I would probably be lost right now.
So Week 2, I have been sticking more to the diet system this week. I been eating the foods Nutrisystem sent me and have absolutely loved them for the most part. This week I stayed safe and ate the stuff I knew I would like and stayed away from the pasta ones since last week I wasn't fond of those. My favorite foods from this week are for Breakfast I loved the Maple brown sugar oatmeal and the Banana nut muffin. Lunch I liked the Ham and cheese melt. The Dinners I loved the Turkey Medallions and the Turkey pepperoni pizza. Dessert I was not fond of the Oatmeal raisin cookie like I thought I would but I love the Coconut almond bar. It was to die for. I did cheat a little this week and for dessert instead of the Nutrisystem dessert I had 4 Thin mint cookies but I made sure they were serving size and stayed under 150 calories and 5 grams of fat.
Overall I still need to add more diary/proteins into my diet and more vegetables but doing better than last week with that. I still need to increase my water intake but I have battled with that since a child. I didn't exercise as much as I would of liked this week but I did do some Cardio and misc. exercises 3 to 4 times this week for 30 minutes or so.
My next week goals are to To eat more Vegetables and fruits and drink alot more water. I want to make sure I do 30 minutes of Cardio 3 times a week and strength building 2 times this week.
