Eye Cream Shades are so great!

Eye Cream shades sent us a pair of these great sun glasses for each of the kids and they are great! The Kids couldn't wait to wear them and get pictures taken in them ha ha! Yes my kids are photo hogs! I loved that we got a bunch of different styles so we could pick one that fit each child. Also so the kids could have different ones so each knew who's was who's.

They fit and looked great on the kids. My almost 1 year old even put them on and kept them on for a good while. That was surprising! I worry with my kids eyes. 3 of them already wear prescription glasses for nearsightedness and my 4 year old has a stigmatism and her eyes are so Crystal blue which makes them very light sensitive. These glasses kept their eyes protected while we were outside playing at the park and for when we go to the Zoo this summer. They also love to wear them in the van when we go places. Some great features of these super cute glasses are one they are adorable. They are fashionable and have awesome styles for every ones needs. Two they are shatterproof which is great with kids! Three is they have polycarbonate lenses that block virtually 100% UVA,UVB, and UVC rays which is awesome! If you have little ones who love to be outside especially with spring and summer around the corner you should definitely check out Eyes Cream Shades at http://www.eyescreamshades.com/index.html

I’m a mother as well as an eye doctor and I am especially pleased with the Eyes Cream Shades products. Polycarbonate lenses are the only type of lenses most eye docs prescribe for children because they are both shatterproof and provide the highest level of UV protection. For a long time, the only option we had for non-prescription children’s sunglasses were cheap plastic types found in the kids stores that only block 60% of UVA and can easily shatter into a child’s eyes - with Eyes Cream Shades I feel confident that I am providing my most important patients (babies, toddlers and children!) with the sun protection they need.

Kudos to Eyes Cream Shades for bringing us this wonderful product! Here are some tips for keeping those glasses in place:

1. Pick shapes and colors that appeal to your child. Keep them involved in the selection process.

2. Select a frame that is the right size. If they are loose at all, have them professionally adjusted to fit their head perfectly.

3. Encourage your child to wear their sunglasses each and every time they go outside.

Every time your child wears sunglasses outdoors, you are encouraging a great, lifelong health habit!
