Macy's Believe Campaign and giveaway plus help Make A Wish ends 12-30

One Christmas tradition me and my family has done from as long as I can remember is write our letters to Santa Claus. So you bet this tradition lives on through my kids. Every year we write our letters to Santa telling them how good we have been and what they like for Christmas. A few years ago I heard about the Macy's Believe campaign where I already sent letters to santa this was a amazing way to help Make A Wish foundation and get my kids Christmas letters out. So what is Macy's Believe foundation?

Macy’s is in the holiday spirit with their Believe campaign. For every letter received, Macy’s will donate $1 to The Make-A-Wish Foundation, up to $1 million! This makes wishes come true for so many children with life-threatening medical conditions. Over the past three years, Macy’s has collected more than 4 million letters to Santa! That is completely amazing!
This year you can download an easy tool to create your letters to Santa. Once it has been written and decorated with fun icons all you need to do is print the letter and bring it into the Santa Mailbox at Macy’s Believe Stations.

While at the Macy’s Believe Station you will need to try the new Macy’s Believe-o-Magic app. Download the iphone/ipod app/android app (from the marketplace) and then make your way to the photo area. Customers will be able to step in the frame and take a photo, which can also be uploaded into a holiday card template to share via e-mail or Facebook. Customers can also preview the magic at home by downloading the application and printing out the marker. When they point “Macy’s Believe-o-Magic” camera at the marker, they can see an animated Virginia ice skating right in their homes! That sounds like so much fun that we cant wait! So make sure you send your children's santa letters through the Macy's drop box and help Make A Wish Foundation as well. It is such a great foundation.

We are giving one lucky US. reader a adorable Believe snowglobe! Yay!

My favorite Christmas tradition is how we all stay up until midnight on Christmas Eve. We gather and have dinner together , letting the night dwindle on . We play cards, scrabble and listen to Christmas classics. Then at midnight it is a mad dash to the presents under the tree ! As soon as the clock strikes twelve, that is my favorite moment :)

Our favorite Christmas tradition is decorating the inside of our house until it looks like a winter wonderland. We usually start shortly after Thanksgiving and leave everything up for quite a while. It really helps bring the spirit and essence of the holiday into our daily lives. I love holiday decorations, and we always go all out for Christmas & New Years!
