Turkey cupcakes from Nueva Cocina what kid will pass up cupcakes!

Are your kids picky eaters? I have been lucky and my kids will eat just about anything. But when the food looks goods and has a yummy names you bet they eat it alot easier. But if your kids are really picky eater especially of meats its easier to make something look yummy but be healthy for them to eat.  So try this creative and healthy take on turkey from Nueva Cocina. Who can pass up a cupcake? FYI, Nueva Cocina features an assortment of spicy seasonings, scrumptious soups and irresistible rices. I used leftover Thanksgiving Turkey to make these and my kids loved them and so did I. It was full of flavor. Plus it was a finger food that contained your whole dinner in one easy to eat item. NUEVA COCINA TURKEY PICADILLO CUPCAKES
Ingredients
1 lb. of ground turkey
1 package of Nueva Cocina® Picadillo Seasoning
1 teaspoon of olive oil
½ 8-oz can of tomato sauce
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of unseasoned bread crumbs
Mashed potatoes of your liking
One 6-cupcake baking tray
Cranberries or Raisins

Cooking Directions
Mix the ground turkey (uncooked) with Nueva Cocina® Picadillo seasoning, egg white, bread crumbs, and tomato sauce in a bowl until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Fully fill each of the six slightly greased cupcake holders in the tray with the mixture.

Bake in a pre-heated 400-degree oven for 15 minutes, loosely covered with aluminum paper. Take off the aluminum paper and continue to bake for another 5 minutes until the top is browned.

Let cool for 5 minutes once out of the oven or until they can be handled with bare hands.

 “Frost” with your favorite mashed potatoes and place raisins or cranberries on top for decoration and added flavor. Makes 6 cupcakes
