I have alot of medical issue and have since I was a child. So anything that can remotely help even a little with my problems is awesome. I got a Therapod from Acu-life and I was excited to use it. I could use the heat part for my tendinitis and for my fibromyalgia in my neck and back. I could use the cold part for my migraines. This was definitely something I liked.
I loved that it is both a cold pack and a heated pack in one. Makes for easier finding for me. Plus it is so much easier to store than to store a big heating pad and then ice packs in the freezer. Now with this I can keep it easily in my bathroom drawer and it is easily found. I love that!
Another feature I love is is the adjustable strap. I love that I can strap it around my wrist or neck and still keep doing what I need to which is awesome for a busy mom. I don't have time to sit around and hold a heating pad on me. I also love I can do moist heat which feels awesome on my neck and back. Plus I love all you have to do is throw it into the microwave for a minute and it stays warms for at least 15 minutes which is perfect.
The cold pack is awesome too you just freeze for 2 to 3 hours and slip it into the cover so its not too cold on your skin and strap on. I love this! I like that it is soft and not a hard ice cube on my head. The Therapod from Acu-life is awesome! I love it and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. It is affordable and such a great thing to have around when you or a loved one needs it.
