It's that time of year when everywhere is starting to put out swimsuits and we are thinking crap we are not bathing suit ready. I know that is my thoughts! I so let my body go over the winter. I need those abs back in shape big time. So I began eating right again and introducing my green shakes but now I needed a good exercise program.
Well I found a great one for the abs called 30 Day 6-pack Abs. It is a easy and free Youtube workouts that I can do wherever I have some free time. They are so easy to follow. I used them about 5 to 6 times a week and trust me it is a great workout. You will definitely feel great after doing them. I have only been using them for a little over a week and I can tell a huge difference already. The best part is you can always fit them into your schedule because they are all under 10 minutes. That is so awesome. I suggest you checking these out and any of the other great programs the Be Fit YouTube channel has!
