Our Opinion:
I love green vegetables and so do my kids so I guess I got lucky there. Spinach, Kale, cabbage and more are a few of our favorites. So when we got to try this awesome cookbook I couldn't wait. The recipes are easy to make and all really affordable to make. They will wow your family and guests when you tell them the food they are eating is healthy and made with vegetables. Some of my favorite recipes in this book are the Spinach,Peanut butter, and Banana smoothies, as well as the Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon and for a great snack we love the Kale Chips!
