Tasty Tuesday

Cranberry Turkey in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients:
3 turkey breast, thawed in refrigerator ( leftover Turkey is what I used the legs, thighs, and some of the breast)
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cranberry sauce
1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing

Preparation:
Place the turkey in the Crock Pot. Mix together cranberry sauce , salad dressing and soup mix and pour over turkey.

Cook on high for 2 hours if turkey was cooked like mine was since it was leftovers from Thanksgiving or if raw Turkey then high for about 5 to 6 hours!

Interesting combo. I best it tastes good. I think I may try this. But I will wait until after Christmas since that is when I will do my turkey!
