I am a 80's / 90's kid and I love sharing the toys and shows I used to watch with my kids. I am so glad my kids love watching these old movies and shows with me too. As a kids my favorite cartoon was Woody Woodpecker so when I found out they were doing a live action/ animated film I was so excited! I used to love the humor and trickery this bird always showed in each cartoon. His iconic laugh is something I will never forget. So I had to share this with my kids.

We got a advance copy of the dvd and I couldn't wait to sit down with my kids and watch it. We ll loved the pranks and humor in the movie. There was the perfect amount of action and comedy to keep us all entertained. Our age group varied from 72 down to 9 and everyone was entertained for the entire movie. There wasn't too much violence or anything so I would honestly say it is great for all ages. It is rated PG but I am guessing because of the mild violence from the poacher shooting tranq. guns and the all but honestly I really could see it rated G for all ages; it really isnt that bad. My girls thought is was hilarious and me and my husband laughed just as much as the girls. It has a great storyline with a happy ending that made us all smile. Valentines is just around the corner so what's your plans? Are you going to fight the crowds and go out or just a queit night at home? I prefer a quiet romantic night at home. My perfect Valentines would be a nice candle light dinner, music, dancing and cuddle up with a good movie. Thats why I am going to tell you about 2 great movies out just in time for Valentines.

The first one is called Im in Love with Church Girl

Synopsis:
Miles Montego (Atkins) is a retired high-level drug trafficker who has gone legitimate—though he has not yet left his old friends and his old lifestyle behind. When he meets Vanessa (Bailon), a “church girl” in every sense of the word, he is drawn to her spirituality even though she’s nothing like the girls he’s used to dating. As Miles struggles to stay on the right side of the law, both he and Vanessa find that their faith in God— and each other—is tested to its limits.

My opinion:
I loved this movie! Great love story! It was inspirational and realistic. These are the movies I like to watch because they are more realistic. This would be a great cuddle up movie!

The second movie is Be My Valentine

Synopsis:
Firefighter lieutenant Dan Farrell (William Baldwin), a widower and single dad, has no interest in a romantic relationship at this point in his life, but when his team responds to a fire at a local florist shop, Dan cannot help but notice the beautiful owner, Kate (Natalie Brown). Inspired by his son Tyler’s (Christian Martyn) budding romance with another firefighter’s daughter, Dan starts to open up his own heart to Kate and asks her to his station’s annual Valentine’s Day Firefighter’s Ball. My Opinion:
Another awesome movie! Yes it's a Lifetime chick flick but hey it's Valentines so its the least your love can do for you is to cuddle up and watch a love story lol. Yes this is a predictable movie but us girls love the happy lovey dovey endings haha. So I definitely suggest both of these great movies this Valentines Day!

Our Opinion:
We absolutely love VeggieTales and we love Duck Dynasty so the two together couldn't be better. Such a fun and inspirational movie. I love when there is meaning behind the story line and when it teaches the kids something and this did just that. My kids loved it and have watched it many time since. We definitely give it 2 thumbs up!This movie would be great to watch around the holidays. It would make a awesome Christmas present as well. So pick up your copy today!

We love the Carebears. This movie was fun, cute and entertaining. My kids loved it and so did I. I love the little lessons learned and how the Carebears work through their problems. This is definitely a cute kids movie and a must see so pick it up today at your local store that sells DVDs. Your kids will love it and so will you!

My Opinion:
This is one of my favorite shows to watch. I am always amazed at the results at the end of the one year mark. So I was so excited to try this DVD. I am trying so hard to lose at least 20 lbs but with my back and fibromyalgia exercising is hard and painful so I loved that this DVD had 4 different levels of exercises. I also loved each section was only 10 minutes long so I can customize how long I can exercise. I also loved Chris he is so motivating and reassuring. He compliments you and kindly pushes you to do your best without making you feel guilty if you cant do any more. It's so awesome. This is the funnest exercise DVD I have ever done and my most favorite now! I have been doing it for a week now and love it! I definitely recommend it to all looking for a fun exercise DVD! The weather is changing and I am noticing how much I let myself go all winter long and now I need to shape up. It is so hard for me to want to run and just exercise. So when I can find some fun exercise programs it makes exercising so much easier. That way I wanted to try Doonya: The Bollywood Dance Workout series. I love dancing and thought this one would be fun!

Bollywood-dance inspired fitness company, Doonya, is proud to announce the release of its three-disc series “Doonya: The Bollywood Dance Workout.” The upbeat DVDs guide users through easy-to-follow cardio dance and strength-building choreography to foster a healthier, fitter mind and body, using Bollywood music for high-energy workouts and routines!

When I received the discs I couldn't wait to try them. The first CD is about 25 minutes of warm up   showing you the moves, and a cool down. The second CD is about 30 minutes and the third CD is about 50 minutes. They are very easy to follow along with and so much fun to do. You forget that your even exercising. I mean it feels like your dancing at a club and having fun but your are exercising and it feels good! I absolutely love these workout CDs. Even my older kids love them. This is a definite favorite in my house. I do each CD at least 1 time a week and my body feels great!

The Power Rangers have been around forever and just about every boy I know has seen them and pretended to be one. My kids loved it and it kept them engaged the whole movie. The Power rangers always seem to end up doing what is right and helping each other and this movie is no different. This is a great movie and would make a great addition to Easter Baskets this Easter. We love Garfield! I mean who doesn't love this funny fat cat and his faithful friend Odie! I grew up watching this show so you bet I gave the love of this show to my kids. We can sit down together and watch it and love it and laugh and have a good time. Garfield might be a little rude at times but he always ends up doing the right thing. This is just a great show and everyone should at least be able to say they have seen a Garfield movie and this would be a great one to watch! So head out and pick up your copy today!

Only complaint is that we wish it was longer or had more episodes because it was so short. Overall though my kids loved it and it is something they will watch again and again! Synopsis:
Two sisters, Mandy and Terri, both somewhat estranged from their family return home to help their mother after their father dies suddenly. Shortly thereafter, they discover that the family florist business has been in decline for some time and that their father had been hiding the secret. While doing so, old troubles between the sisters emerge causing strain on the situation. Our Opinion:
This is definitely a chick flick or family movie. But I give it 2 thumbs up. It is drama packed and full of ups and downs. It keeps you watching til the end. It is a definite feel good movie that makes you want to better your life and see if there is any thing you can do to strengthen your bonds with the people you love. You should definitely check it out!

Our Opinion:
We love Clifford. When my nephew was little he loved reading Clifford because that was his name and he thought it was funny that a dog had his name. He is now 23 and doesn't still read them anymore but my kids now are in love with Clifford and Cleo and Emily Elizabeth and all his other friends. How could you not love this cute big ole red dog. He is always so thoughtful and caring and just a great influence. This is one reason i love my kids watching this show.

This DVD had so many fun episodes and my kids couldn't get enough of it! This DVD would make a great Easter basket gift or birthday present or a just because movie. So head out and pick up your copy today! It is available at most retailers that sell DVDs.

Our Opinion:
All my kids used to watch the Wiggles and it is hard to believe there will be no more tours of the wiggles but this DVD has some of the best songs and dance from the Wiggles and my kids love it. It kept my kids singing and dancing the whole movie through. It gets 2 thumbs up from my kids.

Our Opinion:
My kids adore movies with animals in them. They loved the first Santa Paws movie so I knew they would want to see this one. We have family movie night every Friday or Saturday and I love finding movies the whole family will sit and enjoy. This was one of those movies. We laughed and screamed and had fun watching these cute little puppies run, play and be mischievous like puppies do. This is a must see movie this holiday season and would make a awesome socking stuffer! So head out and get your copy of it today!

Synopsis:
In a town not so far away and a time not so long ago, baby Rose was left at Greenwoods Orphanage, where Mrs. Hartley (Nancy Stafford) and the children under her care became the young child's family. But when tragedy strikes, Rose (Bailee Johnson) loses the only home she has ever known and is abruptly shipped to Irongates, a place that seems as cold and cruel as her previous home was kind. The strict headmaster, Mr. Crampton (Edward Herrmann), makes sure all children are punished for any infraction of his rules, but he is especially hard on Rose, who he immediately seems to dislike. When Rose learns that every Christmas Mr. Crampton's generous brother gives an orange to each child, she waits in eager anticipation. She's sure it must be the most delicious treat in the world. However, on Christmas morning, Rose is devastated when she learns Mr. Crampton is punishing her again. But Christmas is a time of miracles. My Review:
We love good family movies all of us can sit and watch as a family so We loved that Christmas Oranges was perfect for all of us to watch even the little ones. This movie was sad and a ultimate drama type movie. I love that it taught us the true meaning of Christmas and Christmas miracles. It was a great movie and recommend it to everyone this holiday season. It is a must see movie this holiday!
